Open for over 30 years, Sunbeam Christian Preschool has been providing students with a rich and Christian learning environment. Our unparalleled teaching methods help to launch students into preparation for Kindergarten. Sunbeam Christian Preschool is located in Fort Scott and currently offers three different classes. We encourage our children to grow spiritually, mentally, physically and socially.

Enroll for Spring Semester
If you are wanting to enroll your child for the Spring Semester at Sunbeam Christian Preschool, please contact Tonya Defebaugh at the preschool at 620-223-3331. Child must be 3-5 years old and potty trained. Enrollment packets are available for pick-up.
December 19 & 20, 2016
Christmas Program
Sunbeam Christian Preschool will be having their Christmas Parties and program Monday, December 19th and Tuesday, December 20th. We will have our Christmas Program the first 15 minutes of class.

We strive to make learning fun by creating an environment that is surrounded by love and superior teaching. Sunbeam Christian Preschool's mission will always be to help your child grow spiritually, mentally, physically and socially. We offer a unique two year plan that will prepare your for Kindergarten.
Meet Our Staff
Tonya Defebaugh
Director/Lead Teacher
Tonya Defebaugh has over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field and 4 years of Christian Preschool. She obtained a Child Development Associate (C.D.A.) in July of 2008, as well as a Center Program Director Certification in May of 2013. Tonya is a current member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) organization.
Anna Eberhard
Teacher Assistant
Anna Eberhard has two years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has over 10 years of experience working with preschool aged children in various settings.

How to Enroll
If you would like to pre-enroll your child at Sunbeam Christian Preschool, please contact Tonya Defebaugh at 620-223-3331. Spaces are available for Spring 2017. Pre-Enrollment for Fall 2017 will begin January 5, 2017.
Tuition Costs
Tuition is due by the first of the month except for Septmeber, which is paid at enrollment. If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month, there will be a $20 charge. Your child will be dropped if tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month. There is a $30 fee for all checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds. Two week notice required for student withdrawal. Tuition costs are as follows:
MWF Classes - $77/month
TTh Classes - $67/month
